Request, extend, or terminate an External Affiliate Login username and password for non-MUSC research staff (i.e. community partners, off-campus staff) who, for study purposes, need access to the eIRB, CITI Training, REDCap, and/or SPARCRequest systems.

This is a 2-step process:
Step 1) Submit an External Affiliate Login Request via SPARCRequest if the study does not already have an 'Active' request.
Step 2) Submit the external affiliate’s information via the REDCap link found here: REDCap

If a ‘Locked’ error message appears when completing step 1, the study already has an ‘Active’ External Affiliate Login Request. Simply reference the Active SPARCRequest number in step 2.

If an MUSC email address, or access to other MUSC systems is needed, investigators should contact HR to obtain a traditionally sponsored MUSC NetID with all privileges.
